The Hopeful Designer is a blog that has been created to journal the tales of a new mummy and aspiring fashion designer.
The birth of this long-awaited blog came about after becoming a true Christian and realising the absence of modest and stylish clothing for women. Having idle time after finishing university, an old, dormant hobby quickly turned into a passion, with sewing and fashion design. I thought it would be great to not only work alone on my sewing projects but to journal it, and show the interested public what I get up to with it, and even meet other great DIY-ers!
